These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the densite.dk website and the web design and development services provided by DENS!TE.DK ("we", "us", "our"), CVR 46231678, Copenhagen, Denmark. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide website design, development, and maintenance services, including the Standard and Premium website packages and hourly maintenance services described on our Pricing section. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for your project will be confirmed in writing (e.g. by email) before work begins.
Prices listed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary depending on project scope. Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone payments, or full payment, will be agreed in writing for each project. Unless otherwise agreed, an initial deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion and before the final website is transferred or made live.
Our standard process includes an introduction call to discuss your requirements, design and development with a live preview link for your review, a fixes and revision round to refine the result based on your feedback, and deployment, including connecting your domain and search engine indexing. Additional revision rounds beyond what is agreed for your package may be billed at our hourly maintenance rate.
You are responsible for providing timely feedback, content (text, images, logos), and access credentials (e.g. domain registrar, hosting) needed to complete your project. Delays in providing these may delay project delivery.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code created specifically for you transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, frameworks) which remain subject to their own licenses. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
As described on our website, if you are not satisfied with your new website after the agreed fixes and revision round, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you will not be charged for the affected package, in accordance with the specific terms agreed for your project.
Hourly maintenance services are billed at the rate stated on our Pricing section at the time of the request, in increments as agreed, and invoiced periodically or on completion of the work.
To the extent permitted by Danish law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may cancel an ongoing project in writing. In case of cancellation, you will be invoiced for work already completed up to the date of cancellation, and any deposit paid for work not yet performed will be refunded where reasonable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to mail@densite.dk or +45 71 63 56 47.
