This Privacy Policy explains how DENS!TE.DK ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit densite.dk or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

When you use our contact form, we collect the personal data you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data automatically, and we do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising technologies on this website.
Our website sets one strictly necessary cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, used only to remember your selected language (Danish or English) between visits. It does not track you across other websites and is not used for advertising or analytics. Strictly necessary cookies like this one do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive, but you can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
We process the personal data you submit through our contact form based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to the business inquiry you have initiated.
We use the data you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and provide a quote or proposal for our services. We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you separately opt in, and we never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
To operate our contact form, we use Resend (resend.com) as our email delivery provider to transmit your message to our inbox. Resend acts as our data processor and may process data outside the EU/EEA; where this occurs, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your data with any other third party.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if we proceed to work together, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by Danish bookkeeping law (currently 5 years for financial records). If we do not proceed to work together, we delete your inquiry data within 12 months of your last message.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, restrict or object to our processing, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mail@densite.dk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, www.datatilsynet.dk, if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
